Terms of Use

The short version

Print it as much as you want. Just don’t sell it.

Buy a design and it’s yours to print again and again, for your home, as a gift, for your classroom or your church. What you can’t do is sell it, share the file, or pass it on as your own. The rest of this page says the same thing with more words.

What we sell

Faith Founded sells two things. Printable wall art, which is a digital file you download and print yourself. And prayer journals, which are paperback books.

Nothing physical ships from us. The wall art is files only. The journals are printed and shipped by Amazon.

What you can do with the files

When you buy a design, you get a personal use licence. That means you can:

• Print it as many times as you like
• Print it at home or send it to a print shop
• Hang it in your home, give it as a gift, or use it in a classroom, church or ministry space
• Print it at any size the file supports

What you can’t

• Sell the file, or sell prints made from it
• Share, email or upload the file for other people to download
• Edit a design and sell the result
• Claim the artwork as your own
• Use it on products you sell, print on demand or otherwise

We keep the copyright on every design. Buying one gives you the right to use it, not to own it.

Refunds

We can’t refund a digital file once it’s been downloaded. There’s no way to take it back, which is why this is standard across digital shops.

If something is wrong with the file itself, a bad download or a problem with the artwork, tell us and we’ll fix it or refund you. That’s a different thing and we’ll treat it as one.

Journals are sold and fulfilled by Amazon, so Amazon’s return policy applies to those.

Free downloads

The free phone wallpapers come with the same personal use terms as anything you buy. Yours to use and enjoy, not to sell or redistribute. Sending a friend the download page is welcome. Sending them the files isn’t.

Custom designs

Custom work is quoted case by case and comes with the same personal use licence. We’ll agree what you’re getting before any work starts. Because a custom piece is made for you specifically, custom orders aren’t refundable once the design work has begun.

Buying through Etsy and Amazon

Most orders happen on Etsy or Amazon rather than here. Those platforms handle payment, delivery and their own policies, and their terms apply to your purchase alongside ours. Where the two disagree about something they control, like payment or shipping, theirs wins.

The licence terms above still apply to any design of ours, wherever you bought it.

Using this site

Everything on faithfounded.com, the artwork, writing, photos and design, belongs to Faith Founded unless we say otherwise. Please don’t copy it for your own site or products.

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will never be wrong or never go down.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Using the site after that means you’re fine with the new version.

Questions

If any of this is unclear, or you want to do something with a design that isn’t covered here, just ask. We’d rather say yes to a reasonable request than have you guess.
